A reminder that I have this blog....................lol, I was searching saved pages for patterns and realized that I have a blog.
What have I been up to, a lot...............first; God entwined in my life a mission to help local people keep warm through out the winter. This is year 4, mission is growing. It feels good.
Second; I am up to three wonderful grandchildren. two boys and a girl................they are the loves of my life.
Third; I got married 2 yrs ago.

Life has been very busy, since the last time I was here. Been over 2 years. I actually had forgotten that I had this......lol.
Now to catch everyone up, back in june of 2011 I met my husband. Our first date was him taking me on a ride for my birthday on his Harley. We have been together ever since and got married back in April of 2013. We are buying a place with basically three acres, raising chickens, rabbits and have a garden that will hopefully feed us through most of the winter.
I have changed jobs and about to change again. I will be subbing for the school system here.
I have become a more active member of my church. I started "Warming up Jay County, one coat at a time", last year was a good year, we ran out of coats within two hours. Hard to believe that in this small community we have such a need for help. Hopeing this year we will be able to reach out to more people. If you would like to help, we could use some crochet or knit hats, scarves, mittens. If you would like to help with a cash donation, just let me know and I can get the info to you.
Today is another day that God has given you. What are you going to do?

Hello again,
Hope you all had a wonderful night last night. I ended up going into work to visit a co-worker. Her daughter needed to go to the er, so I picked her up, took her so she could pick up her mom's car. Her mom and I ended up watching the baby up at work for about an hour or so.
In a couple of hours I will be meeting my daughter and her husband down at a friends, so they can pick up the futon they bought off of her.
Have to be at work at 8 tonight. Going to be a long and boring night. Our sales have dropped considerable amount on third shift. Hopefully, they will pick back up when warmer weather gets here.
The high today is supposed to be in the upper 30's to low 40's, I sure hope it makes it there. We can use some warmer weather to melt the snow and ice we got in the last couple of weeks.
Guess I will go for now. Need to get some studying done before I go out. Then a nap later before work.

Hello everyone.
Today was a sunny but yet chilly day here in Indiana. Looking forward to some warmer weather soon.
I was able to access my classes today at CTU, read over the upcoming task in each class. My classes are Managerial Accounting practices and International Business Communications. I don't feel there will be any issues with my accounting class, but I am a little concerned with the communication class. I will just have to wait and see. My first chat session will be Tuesday for my communication class, looking forward to it.
On more of a personal note, bills were paid today and of course, broke again. Seems like money doesn't go as far as it used to. Which is sad, I just have the basics, heat, water, rent, phone/Internet and food.
Looks to be another boring Friday night at home. My friend that I go out with is at home sick in bed. She didn't want any company tonight, so I am hanging out here at home with my two dogs, Sadie Sue and Bella. After playing tug a war with Bella (she is 4 months old and part rot/bull mastiff) she is passed out on the floor here. As for Sadie Sue, she is 5 yrs old now and content to hide under the blanket. Sadie is a mini daschound and hates the cold weather.
Well, guess I will go for now and do some crocheting. Think I will dig out a movie as well to watch or go to the video store, haven't been there for awhile. Not really in the budget, but need something new to watch. Have a wonderful evening everyone.
